• Logo Assets: Uploaded logos and generated seasonal variants
• Analytics (for paid users): Page views, conversions, session data, logo clicks

• Deliver seasonal logo transformations
• Track and report analytics (paid plans)
• Operate billing and subscription via Paddle.com
• Provide support and service updates
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Acceptance of Terms and Logo Usage Rights

By installing and using Seasons.Bot, you confirm that you own or have secured the rights to use and adapt your logo, even if it is protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

You grant Seasons.Bot a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use your logo solely for generating seasonal variants as part of the services described in this policy.

Seasons.Bot will not resell, redistribute, or use your logo outside the intended seasonal transformations for your store. All transformed versions remain tied exclusively to your account.

5. Data Retention and Security

• Logo files retained up to 1.5 years for reuse
• Analytics data retained for 24 months
• Data encrypted (AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit)
• Stored in Google Cloud (Firebase and Firestore)

6. Your Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA, you may:

• Access or correct your data
• Request deletion or object to processing
• Export your data
• File complaints with a data authority
